It sets itself firmly by the strong M10 thread. The ceiling mount is extremely robust and durable.
The hook is suitable for all punching bags of all brands. The maximum load weight of the ceiling hook is 70 kg.
The ceiling hook is 17 cm long, has got a closed eye and is a M10 size thick.
You can attach the ceiling hook to both wooden and concrete ceiling.
In a wooden ceiling, you can just tighten the bracket.
However, we recommend to predrill with M6. In a concrete ceiling, you need to insert a plug (not supplied).
When the punching bag is too high because of a high ceiling, buy a piece of chain on the DIY shop to hang between the chain of the punching bag and ceiling hook.
