Terms and Conditions
Chapter 1: General
Orders placed by private or commercial customers with Sanden Sports Superstores B.V. are subject to these general terms and conditions. Sanden Sports Superstores B.V., Brabantstraat 16, 5408 PS Volkel, The Netherlands, is the contracting party. Contradictory or conflicting conditions of the customer will not be accepted or acknowledged; this applies even if Sanden Sports Superstores B.V. carry out deliveries without reservation in full knowledge of conflicting conditions of the customer.
Chapter 2: Conclusion of Contract
When placing an order, the customer makes Sanden Sports Superstores B.V. an offer regarding the completion of a contract. The receipt of the order is confirmed by an automated email. This email does not indicate whether the offer has been accepted. The acceptance of the offer is confirmed and the sales contract valid upon the receipt of another email, the sales confirmation, or the dispatch of the ordered goods. The contract text is stored by Sanden Sports Superstores B.V.. The user can look at, save or print the terms and conditions on Sanden Sports Superstores B.V.'s website.
A window showing all the information entered by the customer will appear before the order is sent off. Typing errors can be corrected using the "change" button.

Your order data is accessible via your Sanden account.
Chapter 3: Prices
All prices listed include the statutory VAT. The prices from the date the order was placed apply. The product information shows the VAT rate applied. Sanden Sports Superstores B.V. deliverS to all countries around the world. For shipping outside Europe, shipping fees may apply.
Delivery outside Europe is tax-free. Please note that, in this instance, there will be additional tax and customs charges upon delivery which Sanden Sports Superstores B.V. have no influence on. The payment of these fees is the customer's responsibility.
Chapter 4: Dispatch
Small goods are sent by DHL, UPS, FedEx or DPD. Large, heavy or bulky orders are sent by freight carrier. Transport insurance is included in principle. The parcel service delivers beyond the apartment door, the freight carrier beyond the first lockable, ground-level door (e.g. not to the cellar, attic or other rooms).
Chapter 5: Right of Withdrawal
End-consumers from the EU, as well as Switzerland and Norway, have a 14-day right of withdrawal. This right of withdrawal neither applies to commercial customers nor deliveries outside the EU, Switzerland and Norway.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to distance contracts
- for the delivery of goods which are custom-made or
- clearly tailored to the needs of the customer or
- not suitable for sending back due to their nature or
- have expired or
- the delivery of audio or video recordings or software if the customer has unsealed the supplied media.

Chapter 6: Agreement for the Coverage of the Costs in Case of a Withdrawal
Exercising the right of withdrawal, end-consumers always have to cover the cost of returning the goods if the goods received are those ordered. In any other case, the return of the goods is free of charge.
Chapter 7: Warranty
The customer's warranty rights comply with general statutory provisions.
The period of limitation for warranty claims for private customers is 2 years. Damage in transit has to be reported to the freight carrier upon receipt of the goods. Sanden Sports Superstores B.V. ask customers to report concealed damage to them within 5 working days. However, failing to do this will not affect the customer's statutory rights providing you have ordered as a consumer for private use.
Chapter 8: Reservation of Proprietary Rights
The delivered goods remain property of Sanden Sports Superstores B.V. until paid for in full.
Chapter 9: Partial Nullity
Should individual provisions of the contract for delivery or of these terms and conditions become void, the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
Chapter 10: Applicable Law
The law of the Netherlands under exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods applies to contracts with Sanden Sports Superstores B.V..
If the customer is a registered merchant, a legal person or a public institution (having no legal capacity), the competent court is declared at Sanden Sports Superstores B.V.'s company headquarters area. The place of performance is Den Bosch.
